Karen McReynolds, Program Director, Chattanooga

Why do I want to be part of The Next Door? It's simple for me, really, because The Next Door represents what God has called us to be . . . servants. This is the work I have committed my life to. My passion is to empower wounded women through Christ to become whole and restored. That is exactly what is happening at The Next Door.

Kristy Pomeroy, Admissions & Expansion Director

"It's The Next Door for me, too," is a common phrase you will hear from me. As Admissions Director, I really enjoy meeting the women where they are and empowering them to make positive changes in their lives. My hope is for them to believe they are WORTHY of living happy, healthy, substance free lives.

Ramie Siler, Case Manager/Alcohol & Drug Specialist
My reason for choosing The Next Door is because I have been given the opportunity to be an example for the women we serve. The Next Door provided a means for me to better my life and reunite with my daughter. I want to be an inspiration to the women in recovery especially during those times when we feel we can't go on. I believe the we are not defined by our past and that through faith God will provide 'the next door' - another chance to live a full and productive life as women and as mothers.
