Kristy has a Bachelor's in Social Work from Lipscomb University.  She has twelve years of experience working with victims and offenders of domestic violence and incarcerated individuals in Nashville. Ramie Siler Orientation Case Manager and Freedom Recovery Community Property Manager My reason for choosing The Next Door is because I have been given the opportunity to be an example for the women we serve. The Next Door provided for me a means to better my life and become reunited with my daughter. I want to be an inspiration to the women in recovery especially during those times when we feel we can’t go on. I believe that we are not defined by our past and that through faith God will provide “the next door”- another chance to live a full and productive life as women and as mothers.
