NASHVILLE INTERNSHIPS

The Next Door accepts undergraduate and graduate interns from the following fields of study:

Submit an Intern Application and your resume. Applications will be received and an interview will take place for qualified candidates.

If accepted, you’ll be assigned an on-site TND supervisor, complete our on-boarding procedure (which includes a drug screen, background check, and a TB skin test), and complete orientation.

CHATTANOOGA INTERNSHIPS

CRC accepts interns from the following fields of study: 

  • Criminal Justice: Undergraduate or Graduate level students with a focus in Criminal Justice may apply for the internship. Criminal justice interns will get hands-on experience working with the female incarcerated population. Interns are given the opportunity to observe case management services and be involved in the everyday functioning of the Correctional Release Center.
  • Clinical: Graduate students in clinical counseling, social work, or other clinical fields of study may apply for a clinical internship. Clinical interns at TND Chattanooga are given the opportunity to observe established clinicians and progress toward working independently with groups and individuals.
