Your Generosity Opens Doors
Most of the women we serve are uninsured, underinsured, or lack the financial resources to cover the high cost of quality addiction treatment. Your donation gives a woman the opportunity to find a beautiful, fulfilling life beyond addiction.
Monetary Gifts
Tribute Gift
Make a special donation in honor or in memory of a loved one which gifts a woman the opportunity to find freedom in recovery. The Next Door will send the honoree a letter outlining the impact of your gift.
Join The Core
Join The Next Door’s monthly giving program, the CORE (Committed to Ongoing Recovery for Every woman). Monthly donors are the heart of our ministry and sustain our mission at every level of care. CORE members also get special recognition throughout the year for being committed supporters.
Corporate Partnerships
We gratefully embrace partnerships with local companies committed to making a difference in our community. Examples of potential partnerships could include event sponsorship, in-kind donations, collections drives, or designated giving campaigns.
Matching Gifts
Many employers match their employee’s charitable contributions. Contact your Human Resources office to learn more. We also partner with supporters as matching donors on designated observance days. Days include International Women’s Day, The Big Payback, National Nonprofit Day, Giving Tuesday and more.
Donor Advised Funds
To make your annual charitable giving easier, consider establishing donor advised funds through your investment firm. If you already have designated funds set aside for charitable giving, The Next Door can assist you throughout this process.
Stock Gifts
The Next Door graciously accepts direct transfers of appreciated stock. While empowering women for lifetime recovery, you can also receive a significant tax deduction for your gift.
Amazon Smile
Designate The Next Door as your charity of choice, and Amazon will donate a
portion of your purchases to our organization. Under “Account”, the drop down menu
lists “Your Amazon Smile” where you can link The Next Door as your charity of choice to support for future purchases. Visit Amazon Smile.
Legacy Giving
Kroger Community Rewards
By designating TND as your charity of choice, we receive a portion of any purchases made. To sign up, or complete the annual re-enrollment process, visit Kroger Community Rewards as an easy way to support women overcoming addiction.
Non-Monetary Gifts
Many women come to The Next Door with limited resources and to make them feel comfortable during their stay we provide them any items needed. If you would like to donate directly through our Amazon Wish List, you can have items mailed directly to The Next Door at 402 22nd Ave N., Nashville, TN 37203. Be sure to include a gift note that says your name so we can properly thank you!
We have a library on-site for women to check out books during their time at TND. If you would like to donate a book from our pre-approved Amazon Library Registry, we would greatly appreciate your support! You may also email the Volunteer Coordinator to arrange a time to drop the items off in person. We only accept donations by appointment.
Thank you for considering the gift of a donation to The Next Door!

TND Christmas
Christmas at The Next Door is a magical time! It’s a season of joy, love, and rebirth. For many of our clients, this may be the first Christmas in a long time that is filled with hope for a brighter future and we want to glorify that.
We’ve created a Christmas Amazon Wishlist of items that are a bit more special and fun for our clients to use while they’re with us. If you’d like to be a part of our client’s Christmas this year, you can shop through the Wishlist and mail the donations straight to our building!
